Tom Kennedy Art Car Extraordinaire passed away in a drowning accident of the while surfing. He was an amazing art car creator most famous for his first art car called Ripper the Friendly Shark, Topsy Turvy Bus and many more.
Today is his memorial and will broadcast live on ustream
