The PezCar Art Car Project begun with a dedicated PezHead named Cliff Lee back in 1997, who was also featured in Harrod Blank's Art Cars book. He bought a 1977 Dodge Apsen for $500 with the words "Runs Good" on the windshield and thus begun his journey into pezmania. Today, Gary Plunkett has taken on the responsibility of restoring this art car, making sure many more will be able to enjoy it for years to come.
